Dental Benefits
Preventive and comprehensive dental care is included in all plans for no additional charge:
- $0 copays for preventive services, including
- Replacement or repair of existing fillings, crowns, bridges, or dentures
- 2 oral exams
- 2 teeth cleanings
- 2 fluoride treatments
- One set of dental bitewing X-rays per year
- $0 copays for comprehensive services, including root canals, fillings, extractions and crowns
- Up to $4,500 in dental coverage
Hearing Benefits
All plans include:
- $0 annual hearing exam
- One hearing aid fitting per year
- All hearing aid services must go through TruHearing®
Vision Benefits
Our plans give you access to routine and diagnostic eye exams and include an eyewear allowance:
- $0 annual vision exam
- Up to $200 to spend on glasses or contacts
- Diagnostic Eye exams covered with a copay
Prescription Drug Coverage
Providing comprehensive prescription and pharmacy benefits to our members is a top priority at Paramount.
- $0 copays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 prescription drugs
