Dental Benefits

Preventive and comprehensive dental care is included in all plans for no additional charge: 

  • $0 copays for preventive services, including
    • Replacement or repair of existing fillings, crowns, bridges, or dentures
    • 2 oral exams
    • 2 teeth cleanings
    • 2 fluoride treatments 
    • One set of dental bitewing X-rays per year
  • $0 copays for comprehensive services, including root canals, fillings, extractions and crowns
  • Up to $7,500 in dental coverage

All plans include hearing exams, hearing aid coverage and access to NationsHearing®: 

  • $0 annual hearing exam 
  • One hearing aid fitting per year with three follow up visits included 
  • All hearing aid services must go through NationsHearing®

Our plans give you access to routine and diagnostic eye exams and include an eyewear allowance: 

  • $0 annual vision exam 
  • Up to $200 to spend on glasses or contacts

Prescription Drug Coverage

Providing comprehensive prescription and pharmacy benefits to our members is a top priority at Paramount. We offer over-the-counter, coast-to-coast coverage, gap drug coverage and more: 

  • Coast-to-coast pharmacy coverage through network CVS Caremark pharmacies
  • $0 copays for Tier 1 and Tier 2 prescription drugs
